Very good, especially the hero. Want to Read saving…. Kissing a strange man during her coming out ball was not a wise decision. The Groom Says Yes. I think I’ve liked every book by Maxwell. Francesca is a head-strong, prideful girl, a little on the spoiled side, but the author never takes it too far into bratty territory.
The Seduction of an English Lady. Francesca is desperate to protect her reputation, which is suddenly being attacked from all sides. Justin is definitely charming, with all the emotions and actions of a true hero, while the impetuous Francesca is a wonderful heroine who learns how to forgive, trust and love. Francesce Dunroy need to get her mothers pearl necklace back from a notoious rake so she asks him to met her in the library hoping to seduc Justin Maddox recenlty found out that he was taken from his real family and is the true Duke of Colster and is also the holder of the Sword of Mckenna.

I enjoyed this story. I did not like her father, stepmother, pretty much any character in this book I could not stand. Francesca Dunroy is the daughter of a wealthy business man. She seduces the wrong man! The recipient of Francesca’s caresses is none other than Justin Maddox, London’s newly titled duke and most eligible bachelor.

The Viscount and the Vixen. In the end, I found myself routing for their growing love. It could have been beddibg in certain areas and really gripped the reader at the beginning. The review must be at least 50 characters long.

She runs around in breeches in rhe middle of the night — more than once. As with every book I have read from Cathy Maxwell, this was a great read. Vedding growing up as the village bastard, fostered by a blacksmith, he’s having a rough time settling into his new role.
Both very proud people with some trust issues. At a ball being held in her honor—she didn’t “take” in her first season, now her family is determined to get her a match in her second—she’ll offer him a clandestine kiss sure to convince him to return what is rightfully hers.
The current plot was becding and the characters very well detailed. Francessca and Justin are great characters. Moira could’ve been a little bit more presented too as she was in the previous book, I feel she gave up too f I absolutely loved the book the four stars is for the fact beddnig I felt it could’ve actually been longer and I wouldn’t have cared in the least.
